Returns
If for any reason within 30 days of receiving your product(s) you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return for refund or replacement. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
5-10% Restocking Fees on all returns/orders over $99 may be incurred.
To return your product, use the reverse side of your packing slip to let us know why you decided to return your item(s) and your desired resolution (replacement, refund, or exchange) for each item. Address your package to:

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you return your order by insured mail and save the receipt for your records.
* Your must be received within thirty (30) days of your purchase.
** The hard goods must be returned to RencyART in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in our sole discretion.
Shipping
We will use all reasonable efforts to fulfill your order within a reasonable time after receipt of your properly completed order. Accurate shipping address and phone number information is required. Although we may provide delivery or shipment timeframes or dates, such dates are good-faith estimates and are subject to change. If your order will be significantly delayed, we will contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order.
We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery caused by any third party carrier or other delivery service not owned or controlled by us. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to any third party carrier.
